Race Recap: Midwest Meet of Champions and U Wanna Come Back Invitational Boys Teams

On September 29, our team came rolling in with some very impressive showings happening both at the Madison Invitational and Midwest Meet of Champions. Both courses proved to run very fast that day which only set the stage for the encouraging outcomes that would come. Kaden Wandersleben, Sophomore, posted an impressive personal best at Madison by running a 20:40. Jake Pensky, Junior, ran at Midwest that day and posted an incredible time of 18:09. Matthew Perry, Junior, led the boys team in at Madison with a new lifetime personal record of 18:14. As we look into our final races of the season, it clearly looks like we have set ourselves up for a very strong finish.
