Race Recap: Midwest Meet of Champions Boys Team
This weekend, members of the boys team ran at the Midwest Meet of Champions at Hilliard Bradley High School. The varsity team came in 6th place even though they weren’t expected to place better than 10th place. The JV team came in 2nd, losing the tiebreaker for 1st place to Lancaster. While the course was an estimated 15 to 30 seconds slow, athletes still ran amazingly. Michael Ferro broke 17 for the first time this season, with a time of 16:59.
