Anyone interested in learning and or becoming a better cross country runner.

Ages:
Boys & Girls going into 5th - 12th grade

Skill Level:
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced

Miles Run During Camp:
Beginner 5-15 miles, 
Intermediate 15-35 miles, Advanced 40-55 miles


Why Cross-Country Camp
Better Focus:
Fundamentals of cross country 
running and conditioning to obtain maximum benefit for the beginner to the advanced runner
